WESTFIELD, NJ — Beauty Plus Salon, a beauty supply store and soon-to-be full-service salon, held a ribbon cutting this weekend at 121 Central Ave., next to Williams-Sonoma.
This is the 28th Beauty Plus Salon for co-owners Mark Raphan and Steve Garbatow, who have locations throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. The shop offers a wide range of hair, nail and cosmetic products at discount prices.
